1. Никогда не ходите на работе без папки с документами в руках. Человек с пустыми руками имеет вид бездельника, который не знает, чем заняться.
2. Никогда не держите в руках газету или журнал (или телефон) . Это может создасть впечатление, что вы собираетесь в туалет, не зная чем бы ещё заняться.
3. Уходя с работы домой, прихватите с собой внушительную кипу документов. И пусть вы к ним не притронитесь, зато создадите впечатление очень трудолюбивого сотрудника.
Tips for young professionals:
1. Never go in your office without a folder with documents in your hands. An empty-handed person looks like a bum who doesn’t know what to do.
2. Never hold a newspaper or magazine (or telephone) in your hands. This can give the impression that you are going to the toilet, not knowing what else to do.
3. Leaving work, take with you an impressive pile of documents. And even if you don’t touch them, you will create the impression of a very hardworking employee.
